I could not think of a way to title this, but if you don't frequent the SWG boards or have somebody who does and did this already, it could be worth your time to continue reading.
You can still get the Mark of intellect badge on the first try even though the names of the smugglers are bugged and you can't tell one from the other. No more guessing or thinking it should be the 3rd from bottom. This worked for me yesterday.
Go through the quest like you normally would. Talk to the BH and then each smuggler. When you return to the BH and you get the pop-up menu with names....or what should be names, you leave it AND the radial menu where you told the BH you could identify the smuggler.
With both open, keep clicking the radial option to identify the smuggler 5 more times. This will give you 6 pop-up boxes. One by one you can go down the list clicking the would be names...1,2,3,etc. till you get the badge, than close all the windows.
Hope this helped somebody, it was something new for me and was happy to finally get that badge... now if I can find the other 2 and have them in working order.
