Powerlevel through WAR
Reach High Levels QUICKLY!
The best path to advancement is not at all like other MMO's, I found this out the hard way. In order to power level yourself in the easiest fashion, PvP has to be at the top of your list.
Near where you spawn after character creation should be an NPC that will give you a PvP instance quest. You want to accept the quest and queue yourself up for the PvP instance. After you complete the PvP instance, even if you fail,(Winners get more EXP inside of the instance when they win) you want to turn in the quest and take it again. (This quest is always repeatable) Sometimes you will have a little time before you can jump into the next PvP instance, this is when you should find the nearest PQ and do it until it is maxed out.(Until your influence is capped in that PQ area) If you Are waiting for a PvP instance and your PQ exp is already maxed out, then you should run around and knock out all the PvE quests. If all this is complete, then you need to move on to the next area.
If you play this way you will level extremely fast and have the best gear. A word of warning though, if you play this way you will easily become level 12 BEFORE you are done all the PvE and PQ quests in the tier one area. When this happens, you have to leave IMMEDIATELY, or you will turn into a chicken that cannot do anything but run around, and you will only have 230 HP, being easily one-shotted by almost anything.(This is done to avoid exploiting by power leveling lobies) To be safe, when you hit level 11, finish anything that you want to do in a PQ, or in PvE, then queue up for PvP. When you hit level 12 abandon all PvE quests and move on to the tier two area. There will most likely be a few quests that show complete, however you only see an arrow on your map of where to go, DO NOT abandon these, as these are turned in inside of the tier two zone. Tier one has two map "halves", you do not enter tier two until you actually move through a green portal that will port you to the tier two area.
I will show why this is the faster way to level:
When running PvP instances you get:
PvP exp(There are 40 PvE levels, however there are 80 PvP levels)
PvE exp for: killing enemy, completing the instance,(Win or lose) and turning in the PvP instance quest to the NPC.

Awesome gear drops off of dead players
As you build up PvP levels you also open up access to very decent gear that is really cheap from renown merchants.
When running PQ's you get:
PvE exp
Coin
Above average gear from influence rewards
A chance to get a decent item from end of PQ loot rolls
When running PvE quests you get:
PvE experience
coin
average gear rewards from some quest completions.
As you can see it is in your best interest to hit PvP often.
